A 22-year-old woman drowned in the Black Drini River, near the Arras Administrative Unit, in the Dibër Municipality.
The incident happened a few minutes ago, reports journalist Enver Doçi.
Ambulances and police services have arrived at the scene. The 22-year-old's body is being taken to the morgue of Peshkopia Hospital.
Police have launched investigations to fully uncover the circumstances and causes of the drowning.
