During his speech, Berisha focused on the latest developments in the country, more specifically on the GJKKO measure against the head of SHISH Vlora Hyseni.

Berisha said that this is the most serious incident and that the head of SHISH was in the service of crime.

"In history, you have read, you have heard that the heads of services have worked in violation of the laws for dictators, for other agencies, but this is the first time you hear that the head of the service in a country was in function and support of crime. Today, the prosecution has issued an arrest warrant for Vlora Hyseni, the head of the national intelligence service, as an accomplice in crime, as someone who has violated the oath, the law and given the secrets of the service to criminals. There is no lower level of betrayal of duty, of the law than this," he said.
